Gate Parkway Village Gets Approval By City Council, Bill 2017-040

On March 14, 2017, after months of community workshops hosted by City Council Member Becton, were representatives from Cantrell & Morgan working with local residents within the area, the Gate Parkway Village development is on its way to becoming a reality as City Council passed this PUD. This development has committed $1.4 million to transportation improvements to the adjacent roadways to mitigate traffic congestion and help solve some of the traffic flow issues at the intersection of Gate Parkway and Deerwood Park Blvd.
